Registration Information
Registrants will need an MMS online account (most members have an account and use this login to access the MMS website). Should you
forget your MMS website login password, you may reset it using the forgot password link. All registrants will need to register separately, please see guest information below.
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with the sessions you selected.
Pre-registration closes for the Presidential Reception, Annual Member Art Exhibit, Presidential Inauguration & Awards Ceremony on TBD.
Guest Information
Guests are welcome at many virtual and in-person events, including the President’s Reception, The Nancy N. Caron Annual Member Art Exhibit, The Presidential Inauguration and Awards Ceremony.
To register, guests will need an MMS online account. Creation of an account (or checking if you already have one) is quick and easy. Please contact annual@mms.org if you need assistance when registering.
Refunds/Cancellations
Refunds are available through the below dates for the following paid sessions. (There will be a 20% service fee assessed to all cancellations.)
- Presidential Inauguration and Awards: TBD
- Annual Education Program: TBD
- Alliance Program and Luncheon: TBD
- Ethics Forum: TBD
Refunds are processed electronically and can be initiated from your registration confirmation email.
For free sessions, should you need to cancel/update your registration you may do so up until the meeting. This, too, can be initiated from your registration confirmation email.
Attendee Hub — Accessing your Sessions
This year accessing and logging into your virtual sessions will be easier using the Attendee Hub (The Hub). You will be using The Hub to log in to all your virtual sessions.
Educational Voucher Information
Educational vouchers may be applied to the Ethics Forum, Annual Education Program, and the Shattuck Lecture Series: 135th Annual Shattuck Lecture.
The educational vouchers starting with V23 and/or V24 are both eligible payment methods for the Annual Meeting Education Programs. To locate your voucher number please login to your MMS account and navigate to "My Education Vouchers." You will enter one voucher at a time starting with your older voucher first (V23) and then your second voucher (V24), if applicable, on the payment screen during the registration process. Your voucher balance
will be deducted.
