  • How can I find available positions?

    Available positions, including student internships, are posted on our Careers page. Visit our site to search current openings and apply online.

    How can I be sure you received my résumé and cover letter?

    When you apply online, you will receive a confirmation email from Human Resources after completing the application.

    What type of contact information should I provide?

    Our applicant tracking system will allow you to establish a personal profile online including your home address, email, phone number, and password. Please be aware when submitting contact information such as your current work phone number or email address that it may be used for automated email communications or interview follow-up.

    How do my credentials reach the appropriate person?

    Once you have applied for a specific position, Human Resources will review your credentials and forward your résumé to the hiring manager, if appropriate.

    Can I submit my résumé and cover letter by mail or email?

    No, you must apply online to be considered a candidate for employment. If you are unable to complete our online application due to a disability, please email hr@mms.org for assistance.

    How can I learn the updated status of my application?

    Recruiters and hiring managers review résumés for open positions on a regular basis. Due to the volume of résumés we receive, the résumé review process may take up to two weeks or longer. If there is interest in meeting with you, an HR representative will contact you.  

    How often is the list of available positions updated?

    Jobs are added and removed on a daily basis. Available positions remain on our careers page until the position is filled or closed.

    Do you offer student internships?

    Yes, we post available college internships throughout the year on our Careers page. Students may apply for internships online.

    What should I do if I experience technical difficulties with my online application?
