Having difficulty logging in to the MassMed.org site? Here is help with the most common problems:
What is my user name and/or password?
All MMS members have a user name and password to log in to Massmed.org.
If you need additional login help, e-mail us at support@mms.org.
Which features require me to log in?
If you are an MMS member, you must log in to the site in order to:
- Register for meetings and courses;
- Take online CME exams;
- Track your personal CME hours;
- View members-only content;
- Personalize the My MMS page with articles in your area of interest.
If you are NOT an MMS member, you may sign up for login access to:
- Register for meetings and courses;
- Take online CME exams.
If you are not an MMS member but you have previously signed up for login access to Massmed.org, click here to retrieve your user name and password.
If you are not an MMS member and would like to create an account, click here to get started. You will be asked to submit your email address to confirm no record exists. Then follow the prompts.
Has my MMS membership lapsed?
If you are unsure of your membership status, you can log in to your account and select "my membership" link, or contact MMS Member Processing at (617) 841-2925, during MMS business
hours (M-F, 8 AM - 4 PM EST), or email mmsprocessing@mms.org.
