Focus on DHE&I: Diversity, Health Equity, and Inclusion Best Practices Webinar Series


Series Overview: 

As part of its commitment to champion diversity, health equity, and inclusion, the Massachusetts Medical Society and the Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association have partnered to develop a series of webinars that encourage dialogue and share best practices. The webinar series addresses best practices for creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, leadership and accountability, pipeline advancement programs, and moving data into action around health equity.


These courses satisfies 0.75 CME credit toward the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine’s requirement on the topic of implicit bias in health care.


Intended Audience:
Physicians, Health Care Administrators, Nurse Managers, Senior Managers,  Training Managers and other health care professionals

Accreditation Statement

These activities have been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the Massachusetts Medical Society and Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association. The Massachusetts Medical Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.


AMA Credit Designation Statement

The Massachusetts Medical Society designates each enduring material for a maximum of 0.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

These activities meet the criteria of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine for risk management study.


National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistant (NCCPA)

Physician Assistants may claim a maximum of 0.75 Category 1 credits for completing each activity. NCCPA accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from organizations accredited by ACCME or a recognized state medical society.


Exam/Assessment
A score of 70% or higher is required to receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.
