Empathetics®’ three Foundational Courses improved patient experience scores in a randomized controlled trial. They provide new insights into how humans process emotions based on their neurobiology and physiology and teach practical ways to improve interpersonal
communications. Each 60-minute course offers rich, interactive lessons delivered in three 20-minute modules and a quiz.
